I was employee #14 of Deliverr, a then-startup which enabled e-commerce sellers to provide Prime-like delivery everywhere in the nation. It has since been acquired by Shopify for $2.5B and then Flexport for its hypergrowth trajectory and last-mile gold standard delivery.
GROWTH MANAGER

Optimized 10-step onboarding funnel with in-depth user behavior analysis, A/B tests, and user interviews to identify key pain points, leading to a 15% uplift of completion rate
Launched and experimented over 20 different workflows based on user segmentation: company, method of acquisition, and industry type
Pioneered user checklists, email/SMS drip campaigns, ringless voicemail, in-app messaging and weekly webinars from scratch, resulting in roughly a 5% increase of MoM activation rates
Marketing
Launched marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Twilio, Zapier) to streamline lead nurturing through email and SMS, leading to at least 30% increase in retention
Ran automated marketing experiment with 4 promotional campaign to provide sellers with discounts and credits, along with statistical analysis of uplift of each group
Support
Led technical product adaption of Walmart and Facebook / Instagram shops integrations to over 10k customers
Ran website experiments to increase click-throughs and user actions using heatmaps, different taglines, pop-ups, modules, and other growth hacks
LEAD, PARTNERSHIPS AND EVENTS
Launched company's first-ever conference "Discoverr" during COVID-19: moderated events, ran paid and partner campaigns, and managed email communications for 14,000 people
Added over 50+ (both strategic and integration) partners to playbook, hosting co-webinars with Facebook Shops, Walmart, Recharge Payments, Gorgias, etc.
Ideated and produced a podcast series from scratch called “Multi-Channel Millionaire" across Youtube, Spotify, Pandora, and other channels with over 10,000 listens
