Lendtable

I was brought on as the first marketing hire at Lendtable. I pioneered growth strategies which grew the company from pre-seed to Series A. Through my direction, we were able to meet these results: 

* Added $6M+ in overall loan volume, starting from $15k a month

* Increase from 8 to 200+ monthly average customers

* Grew MoM revenue by 15% using cross-sell strategies

* Supercharged TikTok to over 12,000 followers in 1 month

* Added 20 reoccuring influencers and content creators in the financial space to the Lendtable program

* Grew Instagram followers by 38% in 3 months


PHASE ONE

For the first few months, I focused on building two foundational aspects: basic lifecycle campaigns and funnel set-ups. Then, I started driving traffic to our website through paid ads. 

* Facebook, Instagram and Google ads

* Lifecycle marketing and email /SMS funnels

* Thought leadership through SEO and blog

 

PHASE TWO

I focused on running paid ads experiments to optimize on a few successful channels, and scaling the MoM budget by 20%. 

* Wrote site copy, funnels, CX and sales documents

* Conducted paid experiments: podcast ads, billboard ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more 

* Upgraded paid social content to professional videos, etc

PHASE THREE: This was dedicated to upsells, expanding current product offerings, and fueling the multiplier effect so that we could amplify the number of customers. 

* Ran influencer marketing program

* Product positioning for ESPP 

* Referral program for companies (led SuperCoffee partnership) 

* Upsell campaigns, resulting in $13k in additional loan volume
